Every time we stay in Chiang Mai, like to stay here. The hotel is fairly clean with affable and outstandingly accommodating staff members. The building is really nice and the rooms are clean with the bedroom. The location of the venue is unbeatable, close to the bus terminal and close to a bus station;)))

The hotel's location near the bus terminal and airport was super convenient for my business trip. It saved me precious time and hassle getting to and from my meetings. There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the breakfast options were very limited, so I had to venture out to find a satisfying meal.

It had all needed for short stay in Chiang Mai. The staff were amicable, and the room was new-fashioned with the bedroom. There were coffee & tea makers and refrigerators. The location was unbeatable and marvellous for me, near the bus terminals...

We booked twin room for 1 night and had a good stay. It was a top location near a bus station. Wat Ket district was worth exploring.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was a 2-minute walk from the bus terminal, making it easy for us to check in quickly and get settled. Additionally, the hotel was situated within a 30-minute walk to our desired destination, which was perfect for our needs. There were plenty of food options just outside the hotel, with McDonald's and 7/11 within a 2-minute walk, and a shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel also served delicious coffee, which was a nice perk. it was the perfect stopover for us before catching a bus.

We felt snug and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

One issue I had during my stay was the presence of mosquitoes in the room. I had to do some hunting upon arrival, and even after spraying my room, I still saw more mosquitoes later in the evening.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities or play areas for the kids.

Located near Arcade Bus station, convenient for transportation. Basic yet functional rooms with hot water showers and good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff assist with taxis, directions, and provide adaptors. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Strong wifi for streaming. Clean premises with efficient air-conditioning.
